What are Camshia Combination Tablets LD for hypertension? 

Camshia tablets, combining candesartan cilexetil and amlodipine besilate, serve as a therapeutic option for managing hypertension. Camshia Combination Tablets LD are designed with a lower proportion of amlodipine, 2.5 mg against 8 mg of candesartan in 1 tablet. 

Candesartan cilexetil, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), functions by inhibiting the action of angiotensin II on its receptors. This results in the relaxation of blood vessels, reducing peripheral resistance, and ultimately lowering blood pressure. On the other hand, amlodipine besilate belongs to the class of calcium channel blockers. It works by blocking the influx of calcium ions into vascular smooth muscle cells, leading to vasodilation and decreased vascular tone. By employing these dual mechanisms, Camshia tablets address hypertension from multiple angles, achieving a more comprehensive effect.

Clinical studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of Camshia tablets in reducing blood pressure levels. These tablets are generally well-tolerated and provide a significant decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure compared to baseline measurements. How to take

Adults should take 1 tablet at a time, once a day. 

Contraindications: do not use for the following patients:

patients with renal disorder, hepatic disorder, cardiac failure, hyperkalemia, hyponatremia,

patients who are on schedule of surgery,

patients on dialysis or a regimen of low-salt diet,

pregnant, possibly pregnant or breastfeeding women. 

Important information

As this medicine may cause dizziness, patient should pay close attention when working at heights, driving a car or operating dangerous machinery.

Avoid taking grapefruit juice while taking medicine.

If an allergic reaction occurs, patient needs to stop using the medicine and consult with their doctor. If patient is taking any other medication or treatment, they should consult with their doctor in advance.
