We work with customers all over the world, we ship to USA, UK, all EU Countries, UAE, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Hong-Kong, Israel, Brazil and many other countries.
Unfortunately, with the beginning of COVID-19 era, Japan Post has placed restrictions on shipping to many countries. BUT WE STILL CAN SHIP!

If the shipping by Japan Post isn't available, don't worry! We can ship to nearly any country by Courier service! Feel free to contact us and ask what options we have for your country. Please kindly remember that Japan Post ships by Surface Mail in most of cases.
IMPORTANT!
Attention: We ship parcels stating minimum price of 10-20 USD per package to help our clients to avoid possible problems during import and to protect the parcels from potential thieves. If you need the parcel to come with full price stated or with a copy of your invoice (e.g. your local customs regulations require it), please let us know in advance.
If you require full coverage for parcels exceeding 50 USD, you will need to contact us to pay an additional insurance fee (3-5%). Only full coverage orders can be refunded in full amount. If the parcel didn't have the full insurance, we can only refund 50 USD per parcel.
If the parcel returns to us due to incorrect address, the post and courier delivery services require us to pay the return fee and the second shipping fee to send it to the correct address. If we made a mistake with your address, we shall pay those fees on our behalf. However, if the address you gave us was incorrect, we shall ask you to pay those fees. Please double-check the recipient's name and address!
