Ulcerlmin fine granules 90% for ulcer and gastritis (sucralfate hydrate, Carafate)
What are Ulcerlmin fine granules 90% for ulcer and gastritis (sucralfate hydrate, Carafate)?
Ulcerlmin fine granules contain sucralfate hydrate, which is a gastroprotective agent. Its mechanism of action involves binding to the affected areas of gastric or duodenal ulcers, as well as gastritis, and forming a protective layer. This layer shields the gastric mucosa from the harmful effects of gastric acid. It's worth noting that the active ingredient may lead to aluminum accumulation in the body, making Ulcermine fine granules unsuitable for individuals with chronic kidney failure. Nevertheless, this medication is generally associated with minimal side effects and is well-tolerated. Scientific studies have indicated that sucralfate hydrate undergoes no metabolic changes within the body; it is excreted unchanged in both urine and feces.
Ulcerlmin fine granules, with an effectiveness rate of 90%, prove to be a valuable treatment option for gastric and duodenal ulcers. They are also beneficial for improving the condition of the gastric mucosa in cases of acute gastritis and during the acute exacerbation phase of chronic gastritis. This medication aids in the alleviation of symptoms such as erosion, bleeding, redness, and edema in the gastric mucosa. Notably, it demonstrates remarkable efficacy in the treatment of active duodenal ulcers that are unrelated to the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
