Tadalafil tablets 5 mg for prostatic hypertrophy and urination disorder (Cialis, Zalutia)
What are Tadalafil tablets 5 mg for prostatic hypertrophy (Cialis, Zalutia)?
Tadalafil functions as a phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitor, actively enhancing blood circulation towards various regions including blood vessels, the prostate gland, and the bladder neck. This mechanism helps alleviate tension within these areas. Notably, Tadalafil's popularity stems from its prolonged 17.5-hour half-life, a notable contrast to medications like sildenafil or vardenafil, which feature shorter half-lives of approximately 4-5 hours.
Tadalafil tablets exhibit efficacy in managing prostatic hypertrophy, effectively ameliorating symptoms like urinary incontinence, urgency, hesitancy, and a weakened urinary stream. Research conducted by Japanese scientists has highlighted tadalafil's capability to expand bladder capacity and enhance pressure flow rate. Furthermore, it demonstrates significant reductions in bladder outlet obstruction and detrusor activity.
