Shin Jikinin sachets 1.5 g for cold and pain (Shinjikinin, New Jikinin)
What are Shin Jikinin sachets 1.5g for pain and cold (Shinjikinin, New Jikinin)?
Shin Jikinin presents a comprehensive approach to alleviating the discomfort associated with cold symptoms, encompassing fever, cough, and headaches. This remedy showcases a multi-faceted mechanism of action, addressing various symptoms simultaneously due to its intricate formulation.
At the core of Shin Jikinin's efficacy are two key ingredients: bronchial dihydrocodeinephosphate and dl-methylephedrine chloride. These components play a pivotal role in alleviating cough and enhancing bronchial function. Bronchial dihydrocodeinephosphate operates as a cough suppressant, mitigating the urge to cough and promoting a more comfortable breathing experience. Concurrently, dl-methylephedrine chloride functions as a bronchodilator, aiding in the dilation of the bronchi and facilitating improved airflow, thereby contributing to the reduction of cough-related discomfort.
Acetaminophen, another integral ingredient in Shin Jikinin, is recognized for its ability to target fever and alleviate sore throat symptoms. By effectively lowering body temperature, acetaminophen assists in diminishing the feverish sensation often accompanying colds. Additionally, its analgesic properties contribute to soothing sore throats, enhancing the overall sense of relief experienced by individuals using the remedy.
To address allergic manifestations that frequently arise during colds, d-chlorpheniramine maleate is incorporated into the formula. This ingredient acts as an antihistamine, counteracting the allergic responses that can exacerbate symptoms. Its capacity to suppress allergic reactions adds a layer of comfort to the user, further enhancing the overall effectiveness of Shin Jikinin.
The inclusion of anhydrous caffeine serves a dual purpose in this remedy. Notably, it aids in alleviating headaches, a common discomfort associated with colds. By acting as a vasoconstrictor, caffeine contributes to the reduction of blood vessel expansion, potentially mitigating headache intensity. Furthermore, anhydrous caffeine has been observed to counteract the fatigue and weakness often experienced during illness, potentially promoting a more revitalized sensation.
Among the components of Shin Jikinin, licorice extract stands out for its provision of vitamin B6 to the body. This supplementary vitamin serves to bolster the immune system and support overall health during the cold period. Moreover, licorice extract plays a role in safeguarding the gastrointestinal mucosa, which can be vulnerable to irritation during the course of a cold.
In summation, Shin Jikinin offers a holistic approach to addressing the range of discomforts associated with cold symptoms. Through a meticulously crafted blend of active ingredients, including bronchodilators, antipyretics, antihistamines, analgesics, and immune support enhancers, this remedy endeavors to provide users with a comprehensive relief experience.
