RINDERON-VG Ointment (psoriasis, swelling, eczema, redness)
What is Rinderon-VG ointment for eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis?
Rinderon-VG ointment combines potency of two active principles: gentamicin and betamethasone valerate to combat skin conditions characterized by inflammation and bacterial infections. Gentamicin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic known for its ability to target and inhibit the growth of a broad spectrum of bacteria. When applied topically in the form of Rinderon-VG ointment, gentamicin penetrates the skin layers, effectively suppressing the growth and proliferation of bacteria responsible for causing and exacerbating skin inflammation. Betamethasone valerate is a corticosteroid, belonging to the glucocorticoid class, renowned for its potent anti-inflammatory properties. When applied topically, it works to reduce inflammation in the affected skin areas by inhibiting various inflammatory pathways and immune responses. This action not only alleviates redness, swelling, and itching associated with skin disorders but also helps in providing symptomatic relief to patients. Through its dual action of suppressing inflammation and bacterial growth, Rinderon-VG offers a comprehensive approach to address a wide range of dermatological conditions, such as psoriasis, acne, and dermatitis, that are either accompanied by or at risk of bacterial infections.
Clinical studies conducted in Japan have demonstrated the remarkable effectiveness of Rinderon-VG ointment in managing these skin ailments. Patients who applied the ointment reported significant improvements in symptoms, including reduced redness, decreased itching, and faster resolution of lesions. Notably, the combination of gentamicin and betamethasone valerate in Rinderon-VG showcased enhanced therapeutic benefits compared to individual treatments alone, highlighting the importance of their synergistic action.
