What is Microdiet for 7 days?

By replacing 1 meal a day by 1 packet of 195 calories, you significantly reduce the amount of calories, still receiving all required microelements. 4 different tastes (cafe latte, yogurt berry, chocolate, matcha latte) can be added to any of your favorite drink, from juice and milk to cocoa and yogurt, cold or warm. You can also use shaker for easier preparation.

How to take
Put 300 ml of water or any other drink into mug cup or shaker. Add the content of 1 packet. Stir well in the cup or close the shaker's lid an shake well. In case of using shaker, dissolve the product in cold or room temperature drinks (water, juice, cold milk, ice tea etc.). In case of using mug cup, you can use hot or warm drinks as well (cocoa, tea, hot milk etc.).
Replace 1 of 3 meals with 1 cup of the product. Upon the consultation with your doctor, it's possible to increase the dosage temporarily up to replacing 2 of 3 meals with the product. However, you shouldn't replace all the meals with the product and shouldn't use increased dosage for a long time.
Contraindications: do not use for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use for patients allergic to the dairy products, soybeans, almonds, eggs, wheat or gelatin.
