How to take

Dissolve 6 g of the powder (1 attached spoon) in yogurt, warm drink or soup. Take once a day. 

The recommended course duration is 1.5-2 months.

Important information

Use the drink immediately after dissolving. 

After opening, close the zipper tightly, cleaning the zipper from the powder, if necessary. Store away from humidity, never put a wet spoon in the powder, do not touch with wet hands.

Depending on the drink you use to dissolve the powder, the sediment or dividing into layers may occur. 

Due to use of natural components, the color of the powder may be uneven or include black particles. That's completely normal and does not affect the effectiveness of the medicine.
