What are Lectisol tablets (diaphenylsulfone, diaminodiphenyl sulfone, Dapsone, Aczone, antibiotic) 25 mg for skin inflammations and bacterial diseases?
An active principle of Lectisol tablets is diaphenylsulfone, an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory agent. It inhibits the production of activated oxygen causing inflammation and inhibits bacterial synthesis of dihydrofolic acid. By this, Lectisol tablets suppress the proliferation of bacteria.
Lectisol tablets are effective for following purposes:
- treatment of skin diseases accompanying blister or pustule, including acne and dermatitis herpetiformis,
- treatment of leprosy (together with rifampicin and clofazimine),
- treatment and prevention of various bacterial infections, including pneumocystis pneumonia and toxoplasmosis.

Indications: skin diseases accompanying blister or pustule and various bacterial diseases.
How to take
For skin diseases: adults should take 2-4 tablets a day, dividing into 2-3 times.
For bacterial infections: adults should take 3-4 tablets a day. Your doctor may adjust the dosage according to your disease, age and symptoms.
Contraindications: do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
