What is Goji Berry Extract? 

Goji Berry Extract by Shiseido uses only berries grown in Ningxia region of China in a dry land above 1,000m above sea level. In order protect itself from the harsh environment with severe UV radiation, this plant has developed the ability to accumulate multiple beneficial substances, including antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and proteins. Goji berries are known to promote metabolism and weight loss, to improve sleep, immunity and athletic performance, to reduce anxiety and to even complexion. Goji Berry Extract by Shiseido contains 1500 mg of goji berry extract in a daily dosage, that is an equivalent to 2550 mg of raw goji berries a day. Also, this supplement contains oil from oil palm (Elaeis) rich with tocotrienol, an active form of vitamin E. Litchi fruit extract provides iron, copper, manganese, phosphorus, magnesium and numerous antioxidant compounds, including epicatechin and rutin. Adlay millet extract contains amino acids and proteins, oils, vitamins and minerals, polysaccharides, and polyphenols; it possesses anti-tumor, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, blood sugar-lowering, and blood lipid-lowering effects. Chrysanthemum flower extract reduces anxiety and various inflammations, promotes deep relaxation at night, helps to fight skin irritation, redness, and chronic conditions, such as eczema and psoriasis.

How to take

Take 8 tablets a day with water. Do not chew the tablets. You can take all tablets at once or divide the daily dosage into 2-3 times a day.
