What are Gaslon N OD Tablets 4 mg for gastritis and ulcer (irsogladine maleate)?
The active principle of Gaslon N OD tablets is an irsogladine maleate, a new gastric mucosal protector. It maintains the homeostasis in gastric mucosal cell and inhibits oxidative stress-related transcriptional factor. Gaslon N OD tablets increase the blood flow and protect the gastric mucosa.
Galson N OD tablets are effective for the treatment of gastric ulcers. They improve the gastric mucosal condition in acute gastritis, including such +symptoms such as hemorrhage, redness, erosion, and edema.

Indications: gastric ulcers and gastric mucosal lesions caused by gastritis, including such symptoms as:
- erosion,
- hemorrhage,
- redness,
- edema.
How to take
Adults should take one tablet (4 mg of active principle) once daily or divide it into two and take 0.5 tablets twice daily. Your doctor can adjust the dosage according to your age and symptoms.
There are two ways to take the medicine. You can either take the medicine with water or take it without water by crushing it with your tongue and then swallowing it with saliva.
Contraindications: do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
