Indications:
- acute leukemia (including blast crises of chronic myeloidleukemia),
- esophageal cancer,
- lung cancer,
- malignant lymphoma.
How to use
Patient should receive 1 intravenous injection per week. The content of the bottle should be diluted with distilled water or saline solutions in a ratio of 1 ml water/saline for every 1 mg of Fildesin injections. Your doctor can adjust the dosage according to symptoms and concomitant drugs.
For acute leukemia or malignant lymphoma: adults receive 0.06 mg of active principle per 1 kilogram of body weight. Children receive 0.07 to 0.01 mg per kilogram.
For lung cancer and esophageal carcinoma: adults should receive 0.06-0.09mg of the active principle per 1 kilogram of body weight.
Contraindications: do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
