Chondroitin sulfate sodium is categorized as an acidic mucopolysaccharide, and it serves as a principal component of the connective tissue in the human body. This medication acts by leveraging the inherent properties of chondroitin sulfate sodium to enhance corneal protection, primarily through its viscosity-altering mechanism.

Chondroitin sulfate sodium exhibits the ability to increase the viscosity of the tear film on the cornea's surface. How to use

Apply 1-2 drops at a time, 3-4 times a day. Your doctor may adjust the dosage according to your symptoms.

Be sure to wash your hands with soap and water before use. Don't touch the surface of your eye with the tip of eye dropper. After use, close your eyes and do not blink for a while. If there is any excess liquid, wipe it off with a clean gauze or tissue. If you need to use other eye drops simultaneously, wait more than 5 minutes between use.

Contraindications: do not use for patients wearing contact lenses. Do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
