What are Medical Guard Eye Drops?

Modern people suffer from daily damage to the cornea (surface of the eye) due to overuse of smartphone and PC screens, contact lens wearing, and ultraviolet rays. Corneal damage can provoke eye inflammation and cause multiple eye diseases if left untreated.

Medical Guard Eye Drops contain 10 well-thought-out active principles. Six of those have a maximum concentration possible for formulation of over-the-counter ophthalmic drugs in Japan, including flavin adenine dinucleotide sodium (active form of vitamin B2), which promotes corneal tissue metabolism and repair, and chondroitin sulfate sodium, which moisturizes and protects the cornea. In other words, these eye drops offer the maximum effect without need to spend your time for going to doctor, checking the medical insurance regulations and waiting for the receipt to be issued. Medical Guard Eye Drops repair corneal damage, protect the cornea and prevent eye inflammation and eye diseases.

How to use

Apply 1-3 drops at each eye, 5-6 times a day. 

Contraindications: do not use for patients with glaucoma or severe eye pain.

Important information

After using these eye drops, some patients may feel a sweet taste in their mouth. It is caused by dipotassium glycyrrhizinate flowing out into the mouth through the lacrimal duct. That's completely normal and isn't connected to the efficacy of the medicine.

Do not use these eye drops while wearing contact lenses. Take off the lenses before applying and wait at least 10 minutes after applying to wear them on again. 

This medicine is designed for a short-term use. Do not use it for more than 5-6 days. 

Children should use the eye drops under the supervision of adults.

If an allergic reaction occurs, patient needs to stop using the medicine and consult with their doctor. If patient is taking any other medication or treatment, they should consult with their doctor in advance.
