What are Dragon Calm granules for stress and sleep disorders?
Dragon Calm granules are a traditional herb remedy of Eastern medicine first described in Jingui Yaolue, Essential Prescriptions from the Golden Cabinet, around 200AD. It contains as often used herbs like peony or jujube fruit, as quit rare elements like the extract of dinosaur fossils, which gave this medicine a name of Dragon. The unique combination of elements helps to fight off the fatigue, insomnia, asthenopia and anxiety. Dragon Calm granules are completely safe and can be used even for small children to improve their sleep and alleviate mood changes, especially when children are stressed.
- cassia cinnamon extract - 2.0 g,
- peony extract - 2,0 g,
- jujube fruit extract - 2.0 g,
- dinosaur fossil extract - 1.5 g
- oyster extract - 1,5 g
- licorice extract - 1 g
- ginger extract – 0.5 g.

How to take
Open the sachet and take the granules with water or warm water.
- For children 1-2 years old: 1/4 of sachet 3 times a day;
- For children 2-4 years old: 1/3 of sachet 3 times a day;
- For children 4-7 years old: 1/2 of sachet 3 times a day;
- For children 7-15 years old: 2/3 of sachet 3 times a day;
- For adults: 1 sachet 3 times a day.
Contraindications: do not use for children under 1 year old, for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not use for patients with swelling, hypertension, heart or kidney diseases. Use with caution for elderly patients.
This medicine is designed for a short-term treatment. Do not use it for more than 1 month continuously (1 week for small children).
Used the opened sachet as soon as possible. Do not store it for more than 2-3 days.
Children must use this medicine under the strict supervision of the adults. Do not give the granules to children if you're not sure they can swallow them.
If an allergic reaction occurs, patient needs to stop using the medicine and consult with their doctor. If patient is taking any other medication or treatment, they should consult with their doctor in advance.
