What are Doriell Anti-Stress tablets?

The main active principle of Doriell Anti-Stress tablets is diphenhydramine hydrochloride, an antihistamine and sedative agent. Histamine neurons, known as excitatory neurons, are abundant in the posterior part of the hypothalamus, which is closely related to sleep and wakefulness in the brain. When histamine is released, it excites neurons in various parts of the brain, including the cerebral cortex, by this, making our body to stake awake. Diphenhydramine hydrochloride suppresses the action of histamine in the brain, as the result, Doriell tablets reduce the excessive excitation, help to get asleep faster and to sleep deeper.

Indications: temporary insomnia caused by stress, light sleep caused by stress 

How to take

Take 2 tablets at a  time, strictly before bedtime, with water or warm water. 

Contraindications: do not use for following patients:

• children under 15 years old,
• pregnant or breastfeeding women,
• patients with chronic insomnia,
• patients with glaucoma, enlarged prostate or urination difficulties.

Use with caution for elderly patients. 

Important information

These tablets are designed for a short-term treatment. Do not use them continuously for a long time. 

Do not drive or operate dangerous machinery son after taking this medicine.

As drowsiness is likely to last until the morning, do not take these tablets if you plan to get up early or to wake up several times during night. 

If an allergic reaction occurs, patient needs to stop using the medicine and consult with their doctor. If patient is taking any other medication or treatment, they should consult with their doctor in advance.
