What is Fucoidan 300 mg by DHC?

Fucoidan 300 mg made by famous maker DHC uses a different source of the active principles. While many Japanese makers specialize in extracting fucoidan from Okinawan mozuku seaweed, DHC extracts fucoidan from mekabu seaweed grown in Japan.  

Fucoidan is a polysaccharide naturally found in cells of some brown algae. Studies showed that natural fucoidan supplements prevent tumors in over 95% of cases.
