What are Chlorphenesin carbamate tablets (Maolate, Musil)?
Chlorphenesin carbamate is a well-known muscle relaxant. It acts on central nervous system and relieves the tension in muscles. Chlorphenesin carbamate tablets are effective for the treatment of muscle spasms of different aetiology, including upper and lower back pain, spondylosis deformans, hernia of intervertebral disk, spondylolysis/spondylolisthesis, spinal osteoporosis or neck, shoulder and arm syndrome. Japanese doctors particularly recommend using this medicine for patient not achieving the desired effect with the treatment with benzodiazepines.

Indications:

How to take
Take 1 tablet 3 times a day. Your doctor can adjust the dosage according to age and symptoms.
Contraindications: do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use for patients with liver diseases.
Important information
Do not drink alcohol during the course of treatment with this medicine.
As these tablets may cause drowsiness, do not drive a car, operate dangerous machinery or work at heights while taking this medicine.
