Benzbromarone Tablets 50 mg for hyperuricemia (gout, hypertension)
What are Benzbromarone Tablets 50 mg for hyperuricemia (gout, hypertension)?
Benzbromarone tablets are considered an effective option for individuals facing hyperuricemia, especially those dealing with gout and hypertension accompanied by high uric acid levels. These tablets function by increasing the excretion of uric acid into the urine, achieved by inhibiting uric acid reabsorption in renal tubules. This mechanism helps normalize uric acid levels in the body, addressing the root cause of hyperuricemia and its related conditions.
The efficacy of Benzbromarone tablets in managing hyperuricemia and its associated disorders has been thoroughly examined and confirmed through various clinical trials and research studies. For instance, in a study conducted by Japanese researchers titled "Randomized, Open-Label, Cross-Over Comparison of the Effects of Benzbromarone and Febuxostat on Endothelial Function in Patients with Hyperuricemia," it was noted that treatment with Benzbromarone resulted in a significant reduction in uric acid levels. Additionally, indicators of vascular health, such as high-molecular-weight adiponectin and reactive hyperemia indexes, showed significant improvement following Benzbromarone therapy.
These findings emphasize the significant impact of Benzbromarone tablets in alleviating hyperuricemia and its associated complications, including gout and hypertension with elevated uric acid levels. By addressing the underlying cause of hyperuricemia and facilitating the elimination of excess uric acid from the body, these tablets contribute to improved renal function and overall well-being.
For individuals seeking effective treatment options for hyperuricemia, Benzbromarone tablets are a clinically proven and dependable choice. With their demonstrated ability to regulate uric acid levels and enhance vascular health, these tablets offer a promising approach to managing hyperuricemia and its related symptoms. Whether utilized as a standalone treatment or in combination with other interventions, Benzbromarone tablets are a valuable tool in combating hyperuricemia and its associated conditions.
Active principles: benzbromarone
Amount: 100 tablets
Indications: improving hyperuricemia accompanied with gout and hypertension with hyperuricemia
How to take:
Gout:
For adults, take either 1/2 or 1 tablet (25 mg or 50 mg of the active ingredient) once daily initially. Subsequently, for maintenance, take 1 tablet (50 mg) once to three times daily.
Hypertension with hyperuricemia:
For adults, take 1 tablet (50 mg of the active ingredient) once to three times daily.
Contraindications and precautions: Do not use for pregnant, possibly pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use for patients with liver or renal disorder and nephrolithiasis. Do not expose to sunlight or heat. If allergic symptoms occur, discontinue use. Regular liver function tests are conducted during the initial six months of medication usage. Following this period, these tests should continue on a scheduled basis. Incidences of uric acid stones and associated symptoms like hematuria and renal colic may arise when urine acidity levels are high. To mitigate these symptoms, ensure adequate hydration to boost urinary volume and alkalize urine.
