Azanin tablets contain azathioprine, an immunosuppressant which slows down the development and growth of immunocompetent cells. How to take

Important information
- If used together with allopurinol, oxypurinol or thiopurine, the dosage should be reduced by 4 times.
- The drug is especially recommended for patients with intolerance to mesalazine or sulfasalazine and for patients who require a second course of steroids.
- It is also possible to use azathioprine in conjunction with salicylates, but the dosage should be adjusted by the doctor in charge.
