What is Chocolate Aojiru?
Aojiru is a traditional Japanese health product, a green juice made of kale, leaves of barley or angelica keiskei “asitaba”. These plants are naturally rich with vitamins, amino-acids and minerals but those substances are easily damaged by the thermal procession. Aojiru green juice uses a special technology, when the freshly squeezed juice is sprayed in special machines, and dried within low temperature air flow until it turns into a powder. Japanese Aojiru is usually sold in powder form for dissolving in the water.
However, most of Aojiru juices have a peculiar bitter taste that might be difficult to get used to. Chocolate Aojiru by Yuwa is made of young leaves of barley and cocoa. Resistant maltodextrin is added for increasing beneficial gut bacteria, improving blood glucose, insulin sensitivity and lipid profile.

How to take
Dissolve 1 sachet in 100-150 ml of water or milk and mix well. Best if mixed by shaker. Take 1 sachet a day. Do not take the powder without liquid.
