What are Adenosine triphosphate injections?
Adenosine triphosphate is a substance responsible for energy storage and metabolism in the human body. It provides the metabolic energy, which, in its turn, drives the metabolic pumps; increases blood flow and improves the function of internal organs.
Adenosine triphosphate injections are effective for the treatment of various internal injuries and diseases. These include polio, liver dysfunction, head trauma, heart failure, gastritis, accommodative asthenopia, supraventricular tachycardia and many others. Indications: consequences of head trauma; heart failure, chronic gastritis associated with digestive tract dysfunction, muscular dystrophy and related diseases, poliomyelitis, cerebral infantile palsy (relaxation type), progressive spinal muscular atrophy and similar conditions, tinnitus or hearing loss, impaired liver function in chronic inflammation of the stomach and chronic liver disease with decreased gastrointestinal function, accommodative asthenopia.
How to take
- IV injection: 5-40 mg of the active ingredient at a time, 1-2 times a day. Dissolve in an isotonic or hypertonic glucose solution and gradually administer intravenously.
- IV drip: 40-80 mg of the active ingredient once daily. Dissolve in 200-500 ml of 5% glucose for injection and administer intravenously for 30-60 minutes.
- Intramuscular or subcutaneous injection: 5-40 mg of active ingredient at a time, 1-2 times daily intramuscularly.
This medicine contains 20 mg of active ingredient in each vial.
Contraindications: Do not use for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not use in a short time after a cerebral haemorrhage, as it may provoke another one.
